Bombay Martini

Bombay Sapphire stirred down with Noilly Prat served straight up.


In a mixing glass filled with ice add Noilly Prat. Stir for 5 seconds and strain out liquid. Add Bombay Sapphire. Stir for another 15 seconds and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
