Bombay Sapphire Collins

Bombay Sapphire served long with fresh lemon, sugar and Schweppes Soda Water.


Pour the Bombay Sapphire, fresh lemon juice and castor sugar into a Collins glass and stir. Fill glass with cubed ice. Stir thoroughly and top with Schweppes Soda Water.
