Meet James Wynn-Williams

James Wynn-Williams

James Wynn-Williams is passionate trainer who joined Sensology with an international reputation for being a creative and attentive bartender. His attention to detail, enthusiasm and motivation to craft every cocktail makes him standout among his peers. Known as 'Dub-dub' within the industry, for his hyphenated surname, James didn't choose to be a bartender, rather bartending chose him. This gap year turned into a six year career curve leading the UK's top hospitality group in bar operations and training. A highlight for James was his stint at the iconic tiki bar Trailer Happiness serving cocktails to royalty, rappers and pop stars. One Sensology class with Dub-dub and you will realise that there is substance beneath all his showmanship.
